Tom brings over 20 years of financial planning and investment management experience to the Perez & Dubois real estate team. With a strong network of contacts, passion for excellence, customer service, process efficiency and time management, Tom fills an important niche with his experience and background to the real estate market by providing all-encompassing, sound solutions to clients for the acquisition and sale of assets.
Throughout his career, Tom has focused on helping clients achieve their financial goals where he has provided clients with a variety of services, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and fee-based programs. Prior to LPL, Tom worked as a financial solutions consultant at Merrill Edge for several years, where he offered investment, savings, and liability management solutions to help develop financial strategies for clients. He built his client base through institutional and consumer relationships by educating prospects on their retirement and investment options.
Before that, Tom worked at Chase Investment Services as Financial Advisor, where he provided comprehensive cash management, investment and insurance services to a high-net worth clientele. Early in his career, Tom worked for IDS Financial Services, Citicorp Investment Services, Wachovia Securities, and Wachovia Bank.
With his vast knowledge of financial advisory services, Tom has the unique ability to assist clients with properly structuring their real estate transactions.
A Palm Beach county resident for nearly 20 years, Tom currently resides in Wellington and enjoys various South Florida activities including scuba diving and playing golf.
